Holy Yoga meditations

Yoga is a Sanskrit term meaning “yoke,” and is derived from yuj, which means “to attach, join, harness or yoke.”

In Holy Yoga classes, we combine breathwork, meditation and movement to connect ourselves with Christ using body, mind and spirit and bringing to life what is written in Mark 12:30:

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” (NIV)

The meditations I am sharing in this category undergird the Holy Yoga classes I facilitate. Welcome!
