This is one of my favorite breakfasts! (Put it together the night before, and enjoy before you’re out the door.)
Serves about 4.
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup almond butter
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
Puree bananas, almond milk and almond butter in food processor or blender.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.
Stir before serving.
