What to expect
A week before class begins, I will email you a tool that will help you identify a “pearl” and begin thinking about it in terms of a story.
We will meet for four one-hour classes, in which I will walk you through a process of turning memories into stories. We will look at examples from other writers and play with writing prompts. Sessions will include time for brief brainstorming and drafting, as well as sharing among participants.
Depending on interest, we can add an optional fifth week so you can share your work in a Memoir Moment reading.
Availability
This class is limited to five people and will take place on Zoom or in person. Please contact me before submitting payment to register for a time that works for all of us!
